Heritage Peach Side Plate

Golden lattice crusts, sticky fruit juices, and cold vanilla cream belong on sturdy pottery. We shape this round side plate with a gentle, raised edge to keep buttery pastry crumbs safely contained. Across the speckled surface of our Canadian clay, I hand-paint five blushing valley peaches resting in a cheerful ring. Each peach features a crisp sage green leaf, and the entire outer rim is finished with a soft wash of warm terracotta glaze. It is a lovely companion for your afternoon tea, holding a fresh scone, a buttered roll, or a sweet serving of homemade fruit cobbler.

Every single plate receives careful individual attention from our small team in the studio. I paint each fruit by hand to capture the warm earthy hues of the local orchard harvest. Please allow two to three weeks for us to shape, paint, and kiln-fire your new piece. When your order is ready to travel, we rely on our strict careful boxing standard. Your pottery sits snug in its inner paper wrap and then floats safely inside a larger sustainable cardboard box for the journey to your home.
