Once this keeper is freshly thrown on the potter's wheel, I hand-paint a delicate white daisy with a tiny, bright crimson ladybug resting on the golden heart of the blossom, using warm golden-yellow, tomato red, and sweet cream glazes.

To keep this playful piece bright for years to come, please handle with care, though both pieces are fully dishwasher safe for your convenience. Because each unique butter bell is individually handcrafted on the wheel in our studio, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We wrap each crock and lid securely in thick brown paper and place them safely inside a sturdy box so they arrive ready for your table.
