2024 🥳✨

Hard to believe we are already in 2024. Its been a minute since I've posted on the blog, but I haven't given it up I just got swept up in the busy-ness of my best  holiday market season yet.

Now I've had some down time and I'm slowly building up to getting back to full production, but working on some new project I'm excited about.

This December I did a market in Vancouver - the farthest away from home I've ever done! It was a success and I'll likely do another Vancouver market this year. On my way home I stop at a Pottery supply store and pick up some plate molds, as they can be quite difficult to throw on the wheel with a low success rate (warping and s-cracks can be so frustrating).

I've been using these molds to create some plates I'm really excited to share. Cottagecore, whimsical, dopamine decor worthy plates. ceramic plate with hand painted peach, blue berries and strawberries, with a pink border

I'm also working on some smaller pieces, magnets and tiny trinket dishes that are sweet. I've done a little bit of every design I have: strawberries, blueberries, peaches, mushrooms, ferns, suns, daisies, peonies, and the "slow down" snail. All magnets are made with stoneware and very strong magnets, to hold up photos or papers on your fridge. The trinket dishes are all the same designs... and are perfect for holding your earrings, or setting a teabag.

I look forward to seeing where this year takes my work. Its already shaping up to be a creative one!
